Candidates applying for employment in the United Kingdom must be in possession of the necessary Visas / Work Permits before applying for any positions on this site. Proof of UK residency and eligibility for employment is mandatory.

Candidates must be in possession of, and able to present upon request, all original copies of examination certificates to authenticate grades and level of education. Non presentation of these certificates may result in offers of employment, either contract or perm being withdrawn.

Any certificates pertaining to membership of official bodies must also be presented in original form.

Any candidate must agree to a background check if required by a hirer. This will include Residence, Credit, Employment up to ten years (if appropriate) and Education, FSA and Criminal.

On occasion, contract employees may be requested to show they have Professional Indemnity Insurance. In this instance original policy documents must be presented for inspection and copy.

Contract employees must submit a valid timesheet signed by a clearly identifiable client representative by 12.00 noon on Monday of each week. It is the responsibility of the contractor to make sure his / her timesheet is completed accurately and on time. Failure to reach the deadline will result in pay being delayed until the end of the following week.

Candidates working on a contract basis and through a Limited Company must provide the agent with their Articles of Incorporation certificate and if VAT registered, VAT registration certificate. Contractors working as a Limited Company will be responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance contributions and must sign a declaration stating same.

All information provided to a candidate in relation to a particular role or vacancy is done so in strictest confidence. Candidates must not divulge any client or vacancy details to a third party as this will be deemed a contravention of these terms and could result in prosecution.

Candidates must, to the best of their ability, provide accurate and truthful personal information. Candidates willfully withholding material facts which would otherwise preclude them from employment will be seen to have contravened these terms and this may result in prosecution.
